The Beatles And Rolling Stones Collaborations
Earlier this week, it was announced that surviving Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr were contributing to the new Rolling Stones album. But believe it or not, this isn’t the first time the Beatles and Stones have worked together: McCartney and John Lennon recorded backing vocals on the Stones’ “We Love You.”
Late Stones guitarist Brian Jones appears on the Beatles’ tracks “Yellow Submarine” and “You Know My Name.”
Finally, the two bands share the song “I Wanna Be Your Man” – originally written for and recorded by the Stones before the Beatles scored a hit with their version.
