A Roger Waters concert in Frankfurt, Germany has been canceled over the former Pink Floyd frontman’s controversial comments on Israel. Frankfurt’s city council said the decision “sets an example against anti-Semitism”, citing Waters’ boycott and vocal criticism of Israel.
Waters responded by retweeting a video claiming he was canceled due to his support of Palestine. Waters’ ‘This Is Not A Drill’ tour will include stops in four other German cities during its European leg.
