The NY Post claims Joel Cruz, of Yakima, Washington, attempted to set his parents’ home on fire earlier this week because of a decade-old toot (fart) prank. The 29 year-old was still upset about his brother tooting in his face 10 years ago so he placed a pot of vegetable oil on the stove and left. The stove caught on fire. Cruz told cops he heard voices in his head before they took him for an evaluation
