KISS bassist Gene Simmons is calling out anti-vaxxers, blaming them for infecting him and his bandmate, Paul Stanley, with the coronavirus.
“If you’re willing to walk among us unvaccinated, you are an enemy,” the 72-year-old Simmons says. “I don’t care about your political beliefs. You are not allowed to infect anybody just because you think you’ve got rights that are delusional.” Simmons goes on to compare people who don’t believe the coronavirus is real to “Flat Earth Society people.”
The KISS founder’s comments come after he and Stanley, who are vaccinated, came down with breakthrough cases of COVID-19 and one of the band’s guitar technicians died from the virus.
