Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announces nominees for Class of 2026. Luther Vandross, Phil Collins, Shakira, Lauryn Hill, and Jeff Buckley are among the first-time nominees for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The diverse list of nominees includes artists from various genres such as rock, pop, Latin music, R&B, hip-hop, and heavy metal. The selection process for the hall has recently broadened to include gender, race, and style diversity. The inductees will be revealed in April, with the ceremony scheduled for the fall.
Last year’s inductees included Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Cyndi Lauper, Joe Cocker, Outkast, Soundgarden, and the White Stripes.
