It’s never a good idea to go all Coyote Ugly at a family-friendly restaurant.  I don’t care what time it is.

Cops in Laredo, Texas got a call last Wednesday around 1:00 in the morning . . . after a woman wouldn’t stop dancing on the bar at her local APPLEBEE’S.

It turned out to be a 34-year-old named Priscilla Flores.  She had bloodshot eyes and could barely stand when the cops showed up and they arrested her for public intoxication.  She also kept cursing at them, which didn’t help her cause.

It turned out she lived in an apartment complex nearby, and she’d left her two KIDS home alone.

They’re both 12 years old, which isn’t THAT young.  But the cops tacked on charges for child abandonment with intent to return.
